Refund Policy

1. Subscription Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate activation of your maintenance queue access upon payment, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the maintenance queue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptions

In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to a technical error on our platform, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification. Please contact hrsutar023@gmail.com within 7 days of the duplicate charge.
